Banana Prune Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml banana juice
  • 250 ml SUNSWEET prune juice
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 125 ml low fat milk
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a blender, blend the prune juice, add banana juice, add cinnamon, lemon juice and zest.
  • Whisk the milk with a hand mixer. 
  • Fill in glasses with smoothie mix, top with milk foam and garnish with mint leaves.
