Peachy Water Melon Smoothie  


  • 2-3 cups watermelons (seeded) 
  • 1 cup (250g) low-fat vanilla yoghurt  
  • 1 cup (150g) strawberries (frozen) 
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Sunsweet® Prune Juice


Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 2 nice size glasses
