Purple Power Smoothie  


  • 1 cup Sunsweet® Prune Juice
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries  
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) fat-free plain yoghurt 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 2 ice-cubes


Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding more ice cubes if you prefer a thicker smoothie.

Makes 1 large serving
